Who is responsible
The controller for personal data processed on this website is ZasConcept, Radmila Zassijenko, trading as Milari Studio, Guertelstr. 35, 10247 Berlin, Germany. Contact: info@milaristudio.com. Full company details are listed in the Impressum.
What this website collects
This is a single‑page website. The only personal data actively collected is what you choose to send through the contact form:
- Your name
- Your email address
- The message you write
We use this information solely to read your enquiry and reply to you. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps prior to entering into a contract) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries).
Where the data is stored
Contact form submissions are stored in our backend, which is provided by Lovable Cloud (built on Supabase). Data is held in managed database infrastructure operated by that provider. We do not sell or share this data with third parties for marketing.
How long we keep it
Contact messages are kept for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting project conversation, and are deleted on request or when they are no longer relevant. You can ask us to delete your submission at any time by writing to info@milaristudio.com.
Fonts and external resources
This site loads web fonts (Space Grotesk, Inter, Caveat, Space Mono, Instrument Serif) from Google Fonts. When your browser requests these fonts, your IP address is transmitted to Google so the files can be delivered. We do not embed advertising pixels or third‑party marketing scripts.
Analytics
We use built‑in analytics to see total visits, page views, and rough device or country breakdowns. This data is aggregated and we cannot identify individual visitors from it. The analytics cookie is only set if you accept it via the cookie banner.
Cookies
This website uses a small number of cookies:
- Essential cookies — required for the site to work securely. These stay active regardless of your choice.
- Analytics cookie — helps us understand how the site is used. You can accept or decline this via the banner that appears when you first visit.
You can change your choice at any time by clearing your browser data for this site; the banner will then appear again.
Hosting and server logs
The site is hosted on the Lovable platform. The hosting provider may automatically process technical connection data (such as IP address, browser type, and timestamp) in short‑lived server logs for security and operational purposes. This processing is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Ask for correction or deletion
- Restrict or object to processing
- Request data portability
- Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, for example the Berlin Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information
To exercise any of these rights, email info@milaristudio.com.
Changes to this policy
If the way this site handles data changes (for example, if analytics or a newsletter is added later), this page will be updated and the date at the top will change.
